FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When will my ordered items arrive?

Your order will arrive 2-3 weeks after you place it. Therefore, you need to order the presumed size for the period when the package will arrive

Are the items suitable for allergy sufferers?

I sew items from certified OEKOTEX 100 class1 fabrics, and they are suitable even for the youngest from birth. I use knits and sweatshirt fabrics composed of either 100% cotton, or 95% cotton and 5% elastane.

Do you customize items?

If you know that your child has a larger belly and you are worried that the elastic in the leggings might be too tight, please send me the waist circumference in the order notes and I will adjust the elastic. However, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

What if the item is too small or too large?

In such a case, you have the option to return it within 14 days and I will refund you the money for the ordered goods, or you can contact me via email or social media and we will agree on a solution :)
