Returns, Exchanges, and Complaints

Something not right? Let's fix it together — quickly and without unnecessary questions. I sew each item myself, so just tell me what you need, and let's get to it.

What do you need to resolve?

• I want to return an item (within 14 days) →
• I need a different size or color →
• The item has a defect, I want to make a complaint →

1. Returning an item

Even though I sew each item custom-made according to your order, I want you to be satisfied. Therefore, I voluntarily allow returns, even if the law does not directly require it for custom-made goods.

• Period: 14 days from delivery
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and with its tag
• You pay for return shipping
• I will refund the money to your account within 14 days of receiving the package

Just fill out the form below and select the Return option — I will send you the return address and further instructions.

2. Size or color exchange

Did the baby grow faster than you expected, or did you want it in a different color? No problem.

• Period: 14 days from delivery
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and with its tag
• You pay for return shipping, I will send you the new item upon receipt of the original one

In the form, select Exchange and tell me exactly what size/color/cut you need.

3. Complaint (defect)

Something went wrong, a seam came undone, or the material doesn't match what I promised? That shouldn't happen — write to me and we'll resolve it.

• Period: 24 months from purchase
• Attach a photo of the defect to the form (or send it by email)
• For a justified complaint, I cover the return shipping cost

Complaints do not cover normal wear and tear from use and washing, nor damage caused by improper care.
