💛 We're moving to Prague

Hi,

I want to share some big news with you. After wonderful years in Slovakia, my whole family and I are moving to Prague. We are starting a new chapter in our lives, which will bring many changes, but there's one thing I want you to know right from the start – mojetrdlo will continue.

The e-shop remains open, and I am accepting orders without restrictions. Every piece will continue to be created exactly as it has been so far – sewn by me, with an emphasis on quality and every detail.

What does this mean for your order?

During the first days of August, we will be moving both our home and workshop. For this reason, the delivery of orders may be exceptionally extended by a few days. The current estimated delivery time remains 2–3 weeks.

If you have any questions, feel free to write to me. I'll be happy to answer.

Why are we moving?

It's a big family decision and a new beginning at the same time. I believe it will bring us more opportunities, new energy, and a lot of inspiration, which you will eventually see reflected in mojetrdlo.

Who is behind mojetrdrdlo.sk

Hello!

My name is Jarmila Kincelová and I am the founder of mojetrdlo.sk.

I am also a mother of three little Trdielka :)

Every collection you find in my e-shop is the result of my love for sewing and caring for children. But how did it all begin? Let me tell you my story.

When I was 30, we were expecting our first baby. However, our world was turned upside down when our daughter was born prematurely with a very rare genetic syndrome. The first year was like an endless carousel. Feeding, doctor's visits, rehabilitation, and constant Vojta therapy three times a day – all of this became our daily reality.

I admit I was completely exhausted by it and needed to find something that would help me unwind. I tried various activities, but nothing brought me peace. One day, I borrowed my mom's old sewing machine and decided to sew Christmas gifts. However, it was hell – the machine wasn't working, and I spent the whole evening struggling with its settings.

As I gradually perfected my sewing, an acquaintance, the director of a chain of kindergartens, asked me if I could sew 100 hats for them. This was a big deal for me and an impetus to start my own business. Since then, I've been sewing, learning, improving, and doing everything I can to be proud of my work.

I want my customers to be able to say that my products are truly beautiful and functional. Trdlo continues with the support of my children and husband, and my dream is to develop it so that it can sustain me, allowing me to fully dedicate myself to entrepreneurship after maternity leave, which I am constantly working towards.

For all this, I also need you. Thank you for all the wonderful orders and kind messages you send me. Your support gives me the strength to continue and bring joy to your homes.
